PaleClan[/u]
PaleClan lives in a dip between two steep hills. The dens are mainly built out of plants that grew there naturally, but the warriors also brought in some brambles to guard the entrances. The front is the main entrance; the back entrance is much more narrow, as it is the dirtplace tunnel which, of course, is left unguarded.
The medicine cat den is a hole going diagonally down into the ground; the cats believe it may have been a fox or badger den at one point in time, but there are no scents or traces of the two creatures remaining.
The leader sleeps in a sort of cave formed by two rocks leaning against each other to make a sort of(but not quite) /\ shape. The leader stands on top of the rock--which they dubbed the Twinrocks--for Clan meetings and ceremonies.
The nursery is a large bush, sheltered by brambles.
Warriors and apprentices sleep out in the open; the surrounding hills offer fairly good protection from the wind, and when it rains there are plenty of bushes to shelter under.
The elders den is a cluster of bushes and other plants.
JayClan[/u]
JayClan lives in a ravine, similar to ThunderClan's camp in the old forest. The entrance is comprised of brambles and thorns, leaving a small gap for warriors to exit. Like PaleClan, the entrance on the other side leads to the dirtplace.
The leader's den is a rock that sticks up from the ground and juts out near the top. The leader sleeps under the rock, sheltered by the part that juts out. The leader also stands on the rock, called the Tallrock, for meetings and ceremonies.
The medicine cat den is a rock. It curves over a hole in the ground in a sort of elongated n shape.
The nursery is a large log, hollowed out by insects and other means over the course of several moons. Near the log is a bush, the perfect place for queens to rest on a hot day or for kits to play.
Near the entrance to the camp is a large bush. Surrounded by brambles, it makes the warriors den.
The apprentices sleep under two bushes.
The elders den is a dip in the ground, covered with brambles for protection.
